Zhejiang Beiniao Electric Scooters Co., Ltd specializes in designing, producing and selling mobility scooter, electric bicycle, golf cart and golf trolley. It was established in 2004, equipped with advanced production facilities, testing device and professional R&D technical team from REPOW with 15 years` experiences.
Company has necessary certificates for different products to meet requirements from different markets of more than 60 countries, i. e CE and FDA certificates for mobility scooter, further more, our oversea customer have had our mobility scooter passed TUV test in Germany, KFDA
Test in Korea and JIS test in Japan; EN15194 and EN14764 certificates for electric bicycles; CE certificate for golf cart; CE and RoHS certificate for golf trolley.
As for quality management system, we not only have ISO9000 certificate, but also have ISO13485 which is standard for pharmaceutical industry and require company to follow international and national related laws and regulations for medical device and products standard.
Products quality and management are approved by domestic and foreign customers.
We have successful experience for OEM project, have finished two OEM projects from Korea and Israel, have been providing the OEM products for ten years and get more orders now after ten years closely work with customers for OEM products.
Company uses its own designed and developed controller for golf trolley and self-designed and developed controller for mobility scooters with brushless motor. We are the first manufacturer in China for producing mobility scooter with brushless motor, which helps the company get a great deal of domestic market share for mobility scooter.
