Established in 1993, Zhejiang Jaroot Plastic Co., Ltd. (Huangyan Yada Mould & Plastic Factory) is a professional manufacturer in the area of Automobile Plastic Parts, Motorcycle Plastic Parts, Plastic Moulds, as well as the Research & Design of Motorcycle, Minicar, Golf Cart and ATV (All-terrain-vehicle). Our company covers an area of 30, 000 square meters, locating in the "Mould Town"in Taizhou City.
JAROOT (YADA) has a large mould-injection equipment line with 20 large or samll sets of injection machines which can produce 2000, 000 sets of plastic products each year and a large painting line which can produce 1500, 000 sets plastic products each year. Our company also has a set of plastic mould CNC machine, 8 sets of digital controlled milling machines, 3D coordinated mapping instruments and plastic material instruments which can produce 600 sets of moulds each year.
JAROOT (YADA) Tech-Center has been approved as Taizhou Municipal-Level Tech Center, our best advantage is that we can research, develop and manufacture new models of finished vehicles, moulds, production kits, and other related products. Furthermore, some of our products have been approved by provincial appraisal and we have obtained more than 20 product patents.
JAROOT (YADA) has passed ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO/TS16949: 2002 quality management system certificates and strictly complied with relevant standards.
We produce four categories of products:
1. Automobile Plastic Parts (Interior & Exterior Decorations: Instrument Panels, Center Consoles, Door and Air-conditioning Conduits, and other related products of Car SUV, and Pick-Up).
2. Motorcycle and Scooter Plastic Parts (Fenders, Covers, Seats, Lights and other elements of Model YADA-VINO series, LIYING series, QF-LIANGYING series, EUROWIND, X8, SH5, and others).
3. Plastic Moulds of Cars, Scooters, motocycle, Golf Carts, ATVs, Lights and Houseware and daily-life products.
4. Research & Design of Finished Vehicles and Parts of Motorcycles, Scooters, Minicars, Golf Cart and All-Terrain-Vehicles.
