We, Chongqing Chuandong Shock Absorber Manufacturing Co., Ltd., established in 1992 with fixed assets of RMB 70 million and around 200 employees, covering an area of over 100 mu and a building area of 46, 500 square meters, produce various motorcycle shock absorbers. It is located in the urban of Bishan District, Chongqing China.
Over the years, we have developed into a medium-sized private enterprise, integrating R&D, production and sales. At present, we've established shock absorber research institution, realizing integration of product R&D, design, trial-manufacture, detection and process and set up a metallographic laboratory, a physicochemical laboratory, etc.
We have over 20 research personnel and full-time metallographic experimenters and physicochemical experimenters. Facilitated with professional metallographic test equipment, double-acting simulation stands, shock absorber hub test stands, programmable high and low temperature test boxes, special processing machines, machining center and other advanced test and manufacturing equipment, totaling over 40 sets.
We can produce over 500 kinds of 70cc, 90cc, 100 cc, 125 cc, 150 cc and other motorcycle front and rear shock absorbers and develop various shock absorbers according to customer demands. The manufacturing center owns over 500 processing and assembly equipment, with an annual production capacity of 3 million sets.
Our products have been widely used in Jialing Group, Jianshe Group, Zongshen Group, Lifan Group, Yingang Science &Technology, Hengsheng Motorcycle Fittings, Chongqing Kington, Guangzhou Tianheng, Zhejiang Qianjiang, Wuxi Zhongxing, Shanghai Jialing and other large motorcycle enterprises for long term.
Furthermore, our product have been exported to more than ten countries and regions in South Asia, South America, and so on with continuous business development of self-managed import and export companies.
