We produce automobile cylinder liner, motorcycle and scooter cylinder block, chrome plating cylinder for general gas engine, agricultural diesel engine cylinder liner, and ceramic cylinder, exhaust pipe and castings. Among which cylinder liner and exhaust pipe of general engine are supplied to Heavy Industries Ltd in Japan and other famous OEMs in China. Our products enjoy great popularity both at home and world markets. Now our company covers 98000 square meters, with 36000 square meter building space, the total capital assets mounts to 110 million RMB. It is an enterprise with capability of engine cylinder design, developing, manufacturing and sale service.
We are good at air cooled cylinder liner manufacture. Developing new cylinder products according to customer's sample or drawing is our strong point. There are over 400 models and specifications of air cooled engine cylinders in our product range, thus we rank number one in this aspect in China.
The foundry of our company adopt smelting facility of cupola furnace and medium frequency electric stove, equipped with ARL3460 Spectrometer for molten metal instant analysis which is made by Thermo Electron USA. We are expert at resin sand shell casting. The annual production capacity of high grade ferrous metal casting reaches 20000 tons. The pressure-die casting workshop of our company mainly produce aluminum alloy castings, at present we have 11 presses with the locking force ranging from 150T to 800T, we also have 8 gravity casting machines. We undertake processing business of ferrous metal casting and aluminum alloy pressure-die casting. Our machining workshops have advanced equipments and sufficient machining capability to meet customer's demand in quantity and quality.
