Q: Do I need to license my i-Rover?
A: Licensing system varies in different countries.Please refer to local laws and regulations or enquire with epartment concerned for corresponding policy.Generally i-Rover is not allowed in motorized lanes or highways.
Q: How to set up the i-Rover?
A: Please refer to the user manual.
Q: My i-Rover tilts backwards in motion,is it normal?
A: It's normal when i-Rover is running on low battery.You can simply solve it by powering off the unit and charge it to the full.
In another scenario,the unit may also tilt backward when it's running at a high speed to shift the rider's center of gravity backward and prevent further acceleration.
Q: Can I customize i-Rover to lift the speed limit?
A: Sorry can't over speed protection is designed to ensure player's oen safety during usgae.
Q: How long does it takes to be fully charged?
A: i-Rover's exclusive charger is featured with compensating function.When charging for roughly 1 hour,the charger will be on green,which indicates power level reaches 80% full.Then the battery will conduct SOC equalization before getting charged again and this process will be conducted 3 times till the battery is fully charged.
Q: Can I ride i-Rover in the rain?
A: It's forbidden,and please ride slowly when puddles are not drained after rain to avoid bringing water to internal through the tire.
Q: How long does it to learn driving?
A: On average,the starters take only 1-3 mins to get a hang of it.Keep practicing for a coulpe of days and you will be a proper rider.
