1 . Warranty of CXM electric unicycle and bicycle
a. CXM warrants to original consumers that the product will be guaranteed from damage
on the date of purchase and will get service within one year.
b. During warranty period, consumers have rights to repair, exchange, or return goods.
c. After exchanging product, the warranty validity will be recalculated on the date of exchanging.
d. Accessories warranty.(Motor and main board for 1 year,battery for half year)
2. Exclusions from warranty coverage
a. It's out of warranty period.
b. The unicycle is sold out for testing or disposable use.
c. The unicycle is not used according to our User Manual, such as battery over charge,
overload and non-standard operation.
d. The damage is caused by natural and man-made disaster, force majeure, chemical etching, etc.
e. Our liability does not cover normal wear and tear or deterioration, such as indicator light, fuse,
friction plates, seals, rubber parts.
f. It's not in the warranty if the unicycle is repaired or refitted without our agreements,
or it's not sent to our repair stations.
g. The damage caused by the accessory which is not produced or offered from CXM.
h. The indirect costs for repairing, such as telephone charges, freight costs, lost income, etc.
i. Abnormal wear or damage because of inferior battery o motor.
j. The situations of feeling which doesn't affect the unicycle's function, such as
sound, vibration, heat, etc.
k. The damage caused by the wrong battery charging, refit or adding electrical parts, etc.
