The working principle of two wheel electric balance vehicle is that the system uses the attitude sensor (gyroscope, accelerometer) to monitor the pitching status and state changing rate of the vehicle body, where the rate, calculate appropriate data and instructions with high speed microcontroller, and the drive motor produce forward or backward acceleration to achieve the before and after balance effect of the vehicle body. Suppose we take the vertical taxis of overall gravity center of the driver stand on the vehicle and the vehicle as the reference line. When this axis inclined forward, built-in electric motor in the vehicle will produce forward power to balance forward dumping torque of human and car on one aspect, and produce acceleration to let the vehicle go forward on another aspect, on the contrary, when the gyro find that the gravity point of the driver leaning back, it can also produce backward force to reach the balance effect. Therefore, as long as the driver changes his body's angle to tilt forward or backward, the two wheel electric balance vehicle will move forward or backward according to the tilted direction, and the speed is proportional to the inclination degree of the driver's body. In principle, as long as to turn on the power correctly and to maintain sufficient operating power, the person on the vehicle don't need to worry about the possibility of dumping and dropping, this is completely different with scooter and other vehicles generally need to rely on driver's own balance.
