5.    WHAT'S THE MAX SPEED AND RANGE?
The max speed is 16KM/H, the Range is about 30-35KM, terrain, riding style and payload may effect range and speed. keep an even speed could ensure your safety.

It takes 8 hours to fully charged at the first charging, then 4 hours would be ok in later use.
2.    HOW TO SOLVE EXCEPTION OF REMOTE CONTROL STARTING ON?
Check the lock is open or not, the unlock status opposed the red point, or check the swift under the foot pad is reset or not.
