All the power source of Freego X3 comes from lead acid battery (can replace with lithium battery), and it is convenient to charge by using power supply for household. You can enjoy driving about 30-35km at the speed of 10km/h-18km/h after charging, without any emission or any destruction to the environment.

2). Low energy consumption: 
Freego X3 has an extremely low consumption of about 0.03/km per person, 20 times less emission than a 1.2L car, which is 0.63/km per person. It also saves more energy than traditional vehicles because X3 is about 38kg whereas weight of a traditional vehicle is more than 1 ton, which leads to high energy consumption due to its heavy weight.

Circulatory energy system is another highlight of X3. Build-in gravity control module, it will stop by judging center of gravity rather than configuring a traditional brake system based on friction. 2. Return policy: Buyer can send the defective motherboard or motor back to our factory for free repair but it must meet following condition:

a. In the first 2 months (1-2 month from received product), buyer pays shipping to China and we pay return by China Post,if buyer want DHL,need pay the difference.

b. In the 3rd month-12th month, buyer pays for round shipping cost.

c. If it is not the product's problem, our engineers will check carefully and give the result and then we will pack and resend to buyer but buyer must pay burden of all expense.

3.How does it work?

How it works--Move according to your body's gravity
To move forward or backward on the Sunnytimes, the rider just leans slightly forward or backward.
To turn left or right, the rider simply moves the handlebar left or right.
Stand straightly, you will stop moving.
You get the sense of power and speed, yet you also feel a sense of safety and absolute control, it all feels natural, safe and instinctive.

4.How does FreeGo move? How does it balance?

FreeGo senses the lean of the rider with the assistance of two-dimensional inertial navigation system and two accelerometers that sense the angle of the FreeGo with respect to gravity at 100 times per second. It balances the rider by applying forces to the ground in the direction of the lean. If you lean forward the FreeGo applies motor torque to the wheel to push it forward, bring you upright and balance you. When you lean back, it applies reverse torque to slow you down and balance you accordingly.

5. Is it safe for driving FreeGo?Will it fall down if the speed is too fast?

FreeGo has safe alarm system,when you drive too fast,It will alert and control the scooter body directly.The speed will be reduced to the safe level.But you need pay attention to the road,do not keep it drive on complexed road. Freego does not fall itself. Mostly drives fall down because of its boby lost balance. When drive jumps off, Freego will stop itself later when it finds there is no weight on it.

6. What is the road and weather condition for driving FreeGo?

There is no requirement for Freego driving condition. Freego scooters can work well on flat roads, such as big squares, airport and hotels, but it can also work in forest, which roads are not flat enough but moves not as fast a flat roads. 

7.How can i do if FreeGo is not working?

Please contact us with detailed trouble description. Our experienced support team will help you. You can fix yourself with guidance. 
If some parts are broken, you can change it yourself and send the old .

8. How to maintain and clean FreeGo?

Professional maintaining and cleaning are not necessary for Freego.What you need do is keep the power is enough before your driving.Please keep it charged twice after its power run out completely.Please supplement power if you keep it not used over 3 weeks. You can use dry brush to clean tire and bottom or use wet soft cloth to clean its body.
