Motorcycle industry showed normal growth trend from the bottom

The latest report which released by the China Automobile Industry Association shows that the first half of this year, the five sub-sectors of the automobile industry, Only motorcycle manufacturing profits up 4.16%.The profits of Auto manufacturers, Modified car manufacturing, Engine manufacturing and Automobile parts manufacturing industry are declining. Among them, automobile manufacturing profits year-on-year decrease of 62.65%, It is the highest rate of decline in five sub-sectors. Followed by modified car manufacturers, engine manufacturing and automotive parts manufacturing industry, the profit decinling are 50.04%,30.50% and 29.21% apart. This shows that the auto industry is the most profitable industries in five motorcycle manufacturing sub-sector.Since the calendar year motorcycle industry sales and GDP trends, the two curves are quite close. This shows strong correlation between the two. It also shows that the Motorcycle sales is greater impacted by macroeconomic situation. From the growth, the income growth in motorcycle sales is similar with the income of the farmers. The main reason is that China's motorcycle sales in regional markets is in the rural areas. Therefore,with the increasing of farmers income, the motorcycle industry will be faced with the normal growth in demand.
