- Established in Dec, 1997, we are an independent operation motorcycle company merging R&D, production, sales and trade into an integral whole. Our main business covers production and sales of ShineRay brand motorcycles. Located at Dayan Industry Zone, Chongqing, we now have 1500 employees including 110 technical engineers. We have a modern and standard factory workshop covering 80, 000 square meters. And we are one of the largest manufacturers of motorcycle and engine in China. Since the birth of first Shineray motorcycle, our output and sales have increased by a big margin along with the fast expansion of market. We possess three advanced motorcycle assembly lines, a engine assembly line, three packing lines, a higher automatic oil-sealed line and a series of advanced testing equipment with annual yield of 300, 000 two-wheel motorcycles and 50, 000 three-wheel motorcycles. With the super productivity and advanced technologies, Shineray is regarded as the cream of China's motorcycle industry. Our products cover over one hundred types of motorcycles, including bestriding, cub, and scooter, as well as engine with the displacement ranging from 50cc to 250cc. All products have been qualified for the ISO9001 certification. From the very beginning, Shineray has always devoted its attention to develop international markets. All kinds of motorcycles not only meet the needs of Chinese domestic market, but also have been exported to more than 30 countries such as America, Britain, AustralianPakistan, Mexico, Southeast Asia and Africa in CBU, SKD or CKD under Shineray brand name. The total value of exportation has reached USD50, 000, 000 altogether. We pay a good deal of attention to customer demands and takes market & customer demands as our aim. All work and production are arranged around the market and customer. According to different market, different motorcycles are developed and production is arranged flexibly to meet the potential demands of market and customers. In the meantime we also pay attention to the guidance of customer consumption. The market surveys and the customer interviews are irregularly in progress. Over 3, 000 maintenance stations have been set up all over the country to ensure the after-sales service. For the purpose of the fastest dominating the market, we have a set of comprehensive development system, consummate technical materials and management methods from the market survey to the sample testing to assure the realization of new model development strategy. We are making great efforts to improve the designing level. We set up the Exterior Model Development Center cooperatively and are building the Technical Center, which laid a solid foundation for new model development on a new scale and grade.
